Islam Vs Nationalism

There is only one America despite all the different depictions used to convince gullible people of a clean image.
Nationalism creates a disconnection of people to the rest of humanity… as far as the nation-state not having set parameters of what defines the people other than land!
Nationalism is an ideology parallel to Islam and the foundation for modern nation-states is built on the concept, idea & principle of loyalty to a country. Many people don’t see a problem with being a loyal citizen to a nation-state; it does not clash with one’s loyalty to a secularized religion such as Buddhism, Hinduism and Christianity. But it does with Islam….Not because Islam is over inherently political; instead it differs from the others because of its inherent monotheism!!! You see, today most Christians in the West believe that they follow an Abrahamic faith and or tradition; but the reality of the matter is not so. Ignorant to truth that hasn’t yet reached them or deniers of truth in Arrogant fashion of family tradition or to what they believe to be socially acceptable; they practice and believe outside of the principals established by Khalil-ul-llah (friend of Allah…Ibrahim) as he is also referred. Western Christianity since its adaption of the Roman Empire in Byzantine…its capital moved from Rome to Constantinople (Istanbul, Turkey today); the emperor Constantine held a counsel in the city of Nicaea in the year 325 A.D. Here he and others mainly Paul who declared himself a follower of Jesus; decided on the traditions and rituals of the Christian faith as it is still practiced today…Constantine himself a pagan of Greek Gods, adopted into the faith paganism…the trinity which has NO proof, the deity of Christ and the likes all solidified into the practices and followed by people who have denied themselves the truth…
For the reason alone, it’s easy for the polytheist to accept the idea of loyalties of the highest order to other than god and at the same time to God.
However; for the true monotheist (belief in the oneness of our creator) it’s impossible to hold the Creator and other created things on the same level. The Creator alone is above his creation in a manner befitting to his majesty and thus NOTHING can be held in partnership with him. Out of the 5 pillars of Islam
1. Tawheed- belief in the oneness of the Creator…this is also present in the 1st of the Ten Commandments’ but ignored by Christians…hear ye Ol’ Israel, the Lord thy God is ONE…
2. Salah- prayer…five obligatory prayers in remembrance to our creator as fulfillment of the covenant each of us individually have with him…in congregation facing the 1st home of worship re-built by Ibrahim and his son Isma’il…this uniformity of unity and connection to the whole of humanity. Out of 24hr day, there is always a group in the world throughout its times zones in submission to the creator, which is the definition of Islam…
3. Fasting- obligatory month of Ramadan, which is the month the Qur’an was revealed and also contains Lailtul Qadr (the night of divine decree, which the angels carry out orders of our lord for creation)
4. Zakat (charity) – 2.5% of all wealth given to the poor each year…
5. Hajj- pilgrimage to Mecca…too many virtues to mention…
Under Islam, mankind is one, the land is one, the earth, and all that is given by Allah for life is one and each person has a right and claim to it…the benefit of mankind is regarded and not the benefit of a few…Divine law governs since no man is wiser than the creator, nor are we above it but we ourselves are limited and held as part of creation & also governed by laws of physics & sciences etc. in our own being…
Nationalism calls its subjects of a particular land to come together in loyalty to this land under common cause be it wrong or right and the highest of moral cost from each person. Anything otherwise is regarded treason…But the very essence of Nationalism disregards the wellness of the entire human family. The land created by the Creator is ONE…although it is today divided by oceans, mountains and rivers…it’s still one land. When the creator created the land he said to it, “be and it was”; this statement doesn’t contain all the many nations 195 I believe that exist today! The land came into existence as one land at one time. Therefore, why does man treat the land differently, with all the imaginary boundaries? How would you actually know if you cross the border of any state, or country if there were not any identifying signs there to tell you? Exactly…!!! You wouldn’t! So why do we fall for the asinine idea that nationalism is good or best?
Nationalism is good for dividing and conquering…it’s good for claiming resources that lye in a particular area out of greed and not waiting to share…It’s born out of Fascism, and Darwinism type ideologies of superiority of one over the other…
So, again…I remind you of your faith & leave you with the question of where in the scripture did any of Allah/God’s messengers and prophets ever confirm the rights to such orders amongst mankind? I know some of you with sickness in the heart who still have yet to open it towards reason, may suggest certain verses but I will tell you in advance the next time you are reading scripture pay attention to who is speaking because much of the bible is written in the 3rd person, or for the new testament- Paul is the author…So, you would be wrong in suggesting it’s from God or from one of his blessed spirits i.e. Anbiya (Prophets)…
I leave you with the following thoughts and quotes that help to argue my point that nothing should come before Allah/God…
Our situation today is not so unique to only us Muslims; Catholics and Jews also faced similar issues in the past. In the 1960’s, mainstream America was afraid of what it would mean to have John F. Kennedy, a Catholic, as president, just as today we have Fox News trying to scare people about what it would mean to have Barack Hussein Obama as president. There was fear mongering questioning whether Kennedy would be more loyal to the Vatican or to America;

Sydney E. Ahlstrom, a former professor at Yale, wrote “A Religious History of the American People” in which he spoke about the tension between religious loyalties and nationalistic tendencies. He called it the “American problem” as far back as the 1950’s and 60’s.

Richard Niebuhr, a theologian and also a former professor at Yale, wrote a book “Christ and Culture” in which he warns that too much loyalty to the state will detract from loyalty to Christ.
Stephen Carter, an African American theologian and a professor at Yale, writes:
I should make my biases clear. I write not only as a Christian but as one who is far more devoted to the survival of my faith — and of religion generally — than to the survival of any state in particular, including the United States of America. I love this nation, with all its weaknesses and occasional horrors, and I cannot imagine living in another one. But my mind is not so clouded with the vapors of patriotism that I place my country before my God. If the country was to force me to a choice — and, increasingly, this nation tends to do that to many religious people — I would unhesitatingly, if not without some sadness for my country, choose my God…
